This site is published to present MediPlus occupational and mobile health services and to receive quote and contact requests. No diagnosis, treatment or appointment service is provided through the site.

Information on this site is for general information purposes only and is in no way a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or a physician's advice. Make decisions about your health only after consulting a healthcare professional. In an emergency, call the 112 Emergency Call Centre without delay.

• Information you submit through the forms must be accurate and up to date.
• Do not submit another person's personal data without their knowledge and consent.
• Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, to send bulk requests through automated tools, or in any way that disrupts its operation.

Text, images, logos and design elements on the site belong to MediPlus or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or adaptation for commercial purposes requires written permission, even with attribution.

Reasonable effort is made to keep the content accurate and current; however, no undertaking is given that the content will be complete and uninterrupted at all times. Access may pause temporarily due to maintenance or faults. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from use of the site.

The owners of linked external sites are responsible for their content; we do not audit the privacy practices of those sites.
