1. Personal data we process
Through this website we process only the contact and enquiry information you submit yourself. Health data belonging to your employees is not collected through this site; such data is processed only on site, under the service agreement and in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Identity and contact data: full name, email address, phone number.
- Customer transaction data: company name, requested service, number of employees, and the message you submit in the form.
- Security data: IP address and server logs recorded automatically by our hosting infrastructure.
2. Purposes of processing
- Responding to your quote and information requests and contacting you.
- Establishing and performing the service agreement.
- Tracking enquiry and complaint records.
- Fulfilling obligations arising from applicable legislation.
3. Legal basis
Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the grounds that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c), that it is necessary for the data controller to fulfil a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç), and that it is necessary for our legitimate interests provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5/2-f).
4. Transfer of data
Your data is never sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It is transferred only to the following infrastructure providers, and only to the extent required to deliver the service:
- Website hosting and content delivery provider.
- Database provider (storage of form submissions).
- Email delivery infrastructure (forwarding form notifications to us).
Servers of these providers may be located abroad; in that case the transfer is carried out within the scope of Article 9 of the KVKK.
5. Retention period
Data you submit through the forms is retained until your request is concluded and thereafter for the statutory limitation periods required by applicable legislation. At the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. You may also request earlier deletion.
6. Cookies and browser storage
We do not use tracking cookies for advertising or profiling. Only the technical data required for the site to function, together with your appearance preference (light/dark theme) and language choice, is stored in your browser. This information is not transmitted to us and can be cleared from your browser settings.
7. Your rights under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the Law you may apply to the data controller and exercise the following rights:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed.
- Request information if it has been processed.
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose.
- Know the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, to whom the data is transferred.
- Request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate.
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the Law.
- Request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
- Object to a result against you arising from analysis of the data solely by automated systems.
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
8. How to apply
To exercise your rights you may write to the email address above or submit a written application to our company address. Your application will be concluded within 30 days at the latest. We may need to verify your identity in order to assess your request.
9. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice due to changes in legislation or in our services. The current version is always published on this page and the date at the top is updated accordingly.
